Why Pink Zebra exists
The moving industry historically has had a poor reputation. So Pink Zebra decided to set a new golden standard.
The idea began after founder Ron Holt watched a family member's moving estimate jump from about $900 to roughly $3,000 for a move of less than a mile. The experience exposed a bigger problem: customers had learned to expect surprises and disappointment.
